This hotel was my sanctuary in a lively city. the front desk staff was genuinely kind, a warm welcome always awaited. my room was quiet. Restful sleep came easily. i especially appreciated the immaculate condition of everything. Cleanliness was clearly a priority.

I adored how close it was to everything. I walked everywhere! The staff was super helpful. They gave great recommendations. I also loved the room. It was super clean. The location really is ideal. So many options surround you.
I think that the breakfast could use just a bit more variety. it was still quite tasty!

The hotel provides soundproofing through wooden door shutters. Heavy glass French doors provide excellent noise reduction. Heavy velvet drapes block out light completely ensuring a dark and peaceful sleep. Heated tiled floors add a touch of luxury.

the room layout was just odd. the sink was actually in the main room, not in the bathroom. also, the noise from the restaurant downstairs really traveled. i could hear everything up on my floor, made relaxing difficult. it was a constant reminder of the activity below, not ideal.

The reception staff offered helpful recommendations for local coffee spots. They also suggested walking routes. This assistance met my expectations.
The hotel failed to provide my requested wake-up call, resulting in a missed train. I had a taxi ready, but there was no assistance offered with my luggage. This ruined my plans, costing me over $200.
